Atty. Bahar Argın, who founded Argın Law Firm in 2001, graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law. She completed her Master's degree in Political Science at Galatasaray University. Following her master's degree, she took an active part in political life between 2006 and 2011.
Her practise focuses on the fields of Real Estate Law, Property Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, Health Care and Law of Obligations. She has proven her achievements, especially in the field of Real Estate Law. With her proposal on a subject related to Real Estate Law, she provided a change in the law and contributed to real estate law in this sense. There are various lawsuits she has kept track and won in the European Court of Human Rights.
In addition to her fields of expertise, she also provides consultancy services in the fields of Family Law, Contract Law, Inheritance Law, International Commercial Law, Labor Law, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law, Legal Mediation.
She is fluent in English and German. She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. She is also a member of the Lawyers' Union Association and the Tokat Culture and Solidarity Association.
